![]() It's not able to hold 60 FPS on my RTX3070 / Ryzen 5600x but it doesn't feel too bad all things considered. It basically feels like it eats my mouse movements 50% of the time when I try to move the camera. I'd actually go so far as to say it is literally unplayable with KB/M, it's that bad. In Wo Long, not only is it that shitty implementation, but it also doesn't register your movements at all unless your mouse is moving fast enough. I had to deal with that shit when MHW launched for a while and while it sucked, it wasn't the worst. It is that fucking bullshit "mouse emulates a controller shit", and it's not even a good implementation. Testing it out right now and you're right. But the final phase of the last boss is just ridiculous right now. Dropped to 1440 and there was maybe a little less stuttering. The graphics here don't reflect the performance I'm getting with a 3080.Į: Was playing at 4k with the "performance" mode for the graphics setting. Nioh 2 didn't give me anywhere near the trouble that this game has. ![]() But if this is the performance on launch day, I'm just going to have to pretend this game doesn't exist. I've been very excited to check this out. When parrying is a major defensive against it, timing is close to impossible when it's stuttering everywhere. I thought it was a lack of shaders (which seemed to be the case for earlier parts of the level), but it's still stuttering like crazy at the final boss. But goddamn is stuttering a major issue here. I was able to change the resolution and I've made it to the final boss. are all locked in from the console build.Ĭurrently playing right now. Just because I have more pixels on a screen or a smoother framerate doesn't mean the game fundamentally looks any different. But every other 's still using console graphics, animations, lighting, AI, etc. Sure you can boost things like resolution and framerate, and certain games like Skyrim are entirely different games because of PC modding. So this ultimately means that this "PCMR" crowd is spending crazy amounts of money to play console games with minor graphical upgrades. Vanishing of Ethan Carter looks good, but that's a tiny puzzler. Uncharted 4 looks better than any PC exclusive I know of. I can't think of any PC exclusive that matches the production value of a AAA console title. PC exclusives are almost always more niche productions like sidescrollers or RTS or MMOs and whatnot. But why, for what purpose? What game will actually be built to leverage that?Īs everyone knows, developers develop games for console first and then PC second, because consoles are where the money is. PC gamers take pride in their rigs and a lot of the community is people bragging about "My $4000 PC has 128gb of RAM and 4 3080tis" and yada yada. This has always been an interesting topic for me. What MMOs or PC exclusives are there that actually take advantage of a 3080? I really just use my PC for MMOs/games that aren't on console. /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creesch./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
